Plain rules, the same at every salon that books through this site.

Deposits

When you book online you can pay a deposit or pay at the salon. The deposit comes off your bill on the day.

Changing or cancelling

Free up to 24 hours before your appointment, by calling the salon (online changes are coming). Inside 24 hours the salon may keep the deposit.

Weekend surcharge

Some salons add a weekend or public-holiday surcharge. It is shown before you choose a time.

Running late

Call the salon. They will do what they can, but your treatment may be shortened to fit the room.
